Research and implementation of data exchange standard in domain-oriented e-commerce

More and more data exchange appears in web applications, especially in the domain-oriented business to business (B2B) e-commerce. An architecture of data exchange standard in domain oriented e-commerce is proposed, which regards the workflow model focusing on the data exchange and the XML schema of the exchanged data as the core, and which is composed of five parts form botton to up: workflow model, business process model, business vocabulary, schema of data exchange document and message protocol. The process and approach of building the standard according to this architecture are provided. As an implementation, the first draft for data exchange orienting the on-line material purchase of China petroleum chemical corporation was worked out.
