Talking about Fenhe River’s Watercourse Dike Management Information System Based on ARCGIS

This paper expounds the concept of GIS, introduces the application of GIS in Fenhe River’s watercourse dike management, and points out that this system is a geographic information management system based on the application of ARCGIS in watercourse dike management, which implements the dynamic management of the monitoring points and provides the decision-making foundation for managers.
