This thesis describes how to use the OLE technology in PowerBuilder 8.0 to verify and input data of Excel form of salaries and bonuses into database,Through classifying,summary,analysis salary data for providing decision,making the basis to leader to make the remuneration system more reasonable standard and thus mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff and creative.
