The Module Design and Implementation in the Field Air Defense Early Warning System

In modern war,the Army is facing serious air threat during the entire process of ground war.Effective air defense had become the basic premise in completing operational tasks successful for Army.GIS used in air defense early-warning system can provide the geographical attribute information in battlefield environment and powerful spatial analysis functions for commanders.In this paper,function and structure of the system has been proposed based on characteristics of air defense and military field operations and training needs.Some functions of the system are introduced in detail,including the real-time warning of dynamic air situation,the configuration of air defense,distribution of fire on air targets,and analysis of military terrain.
