Design of Nand Flash hardware and driver based on WinCE

Taking ARM9 core-based PXA255 processor and Windows CE operating system as the platform,this paper analyzed the structure of Nand Flash memory and framework of Windows CE system block device driver,and discussed the principle of hardware circuit design.Based on the Nand Flash operating flow and the characteristics of PXA255 external interface,this paper using Windows CE stream interface driver model presented the bottom implementation of Nand Flash driver and the details of several important stream interface functions.The results indicate that Nand Flash can normally complete data replication,paste,formatting and other operations.
