This paper presents an electric data real time measurement system composed of computer and network instrument.The operating principle and hardware structure of the system are analyzed.It characterizes high stability,high reliability high precision,convenient maintenance and wide measurement range.what is more,it has net connection with computer to realize long distance monitor control of electric parameter.
