Digital down-conversion technology based on DSP Builder

Digital down conversion( DDC) is one of core technologies of software radio,which converts high frequency data streams into low-frequency and low-speed data streams by digital down conversion and decimation technology,for easy subsequent real-time processing by DSP devices. This article discusses on the principle of digital down conversion. In terms of the application of DSP technology based on FPGA,presented the digital down conversion technology used DSP builder software. The simulation experiment of self-defined digital signals,processed by digital quadrature mixer down-conversion and the cascaded CIC and FIR filters,indicated that the digital down conversion technology based on DSP builder is efficient and has high practical value.
