Using the project management theory and method and combining the actual operation of basic surveying and mapping,this paper discussed the management of basic surveying and mapping program.According to some basic surveying and mapping programs,this article introduced the features of basic surveying and mapping program's implementation and management,the main contents of program's management.Meanwhile,it also discussed a few of general problems about the program's management and put forward some reasonable suggestions.
