Application of the Flash Memory AT45DB321C in "Digital-reading Clinometers"

Based on the analysis of the operation and timing of the SPI compatible,the article introduces one hardware solution of serial-interface flash memory AT45DB321C for expanding the large-capacity data memory using the SPI bus of the MCS-51.The combination of the SCM's I/O and software is adopted to resolve the timing simulation and achieve the communication between the MCS51 and AT45DB321C.This method has been faultlessly applied in the Digital-reading clinometers.
