A Personalized Recommendation Algorithm on Micro-blogs

This paper provides new smart Micro-blog recommending algorithm to meet user requirements under mobile environment.New algorithm which is centering on uses Location,realizes the user-content time-position relation computed and recommends the content to friends.Finally,the paper carries out the experiment on accuracy of recommending algorithm,and proves that the position on the content rating could be more precise and enhance the users' experience under mobile environment.
