Evidence exchange system before holding a hearing meets the requirements of rati onal communicationpound;conforming to the communication goal of modern lawsuit. Obviously its value can be revealed in the lawsuit efficiency.However,at present the evidence exchange system before holding a hearing in our country is still n ot perfect.In this article,I have made a preliminary research into the problems arising in the process of applying the evidence exchange system.Some suggestions are put forward to better the evidence exchange system before holding a hearing in our country,so that those committing themselves to the science of the law ca n draw some inspiration from the article.
