E-file has enriched the contents of the file and work methods, instruments of the old files no longer meet the requirements of office automation, the need to be adjusted, the implementation of file management information, in order to manage files and application of computer and electronic documents have to adapt. In this model, there are many new issues that we need to explore and thinking.
