Moral Hazard Model for Commissioned Research under Complete and Incomplete Information

Cooperation strategies and their corresponding revenue of the company and university or research institute in the Commissioned research are analyzed,and the model of moral hazard for Commissioned research was constructed;and then equilibrium is solved under conditions of complete information and incomplete information.At last some suggestions to promote commissioned research,including contract mode selection,content design of the contract,strengthening supervision and research reputation files,are made.
