Computer-aided drug design using in the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine

Computer-aided drug design(CADD) which playing a hinging role during new drug research and development is a multi-subject crossing subject,especially the discovery and optimization of leading compounds. Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) modernization is the way of TCM development and also available approach of new drug research.In virtue of modern high-new technology,especially CADD,combined with TCM theory,an innovating way of TCM development which fitting our country progress may be initiated.This paper mainly discusses CADD and their application to drug research,especially TCM modernization.
