The Technology Risk Assessment Based on BP Neural Network

Through expounding the concept and characteristic of technology risk and analyzing the mechanism of its occurrence, an index system is developed for technology risk assessment. An approach is also presented evaluating the technical risk based on BP neural network. BP neural network can exactly and feasibly assess the technology risk without assuming parametric relationship which can be alternative approach of assessing technology risk.
