Key Technique of GKD-Base PL/SQL Cursor Implementation

Based on a database management system GKD-Base PL/SQL engine, the cursor mechanism compatible with Oracle PL/SQL V2.3 isdesigned and implemented, which enforces the PL/SQL program’s ability of accessing and handling data, and extends the capability of GKD-Base inprocedure handling.
