Based on analysis of GIS data structure,this paper brings forward a new mode of organization of the data of Mining GIS.The purpose is to deduce data redundancy and simply to access procedure,and to resolve the problem in describing 3 dimension objects in Mining GIS.The key arithmetic and main thought of programming are given at last.
