There is the system revise difficulty,the inflexibility of the business logic expansion and other problem existed in the present coal quality control system of the coal industry.Base on the deep study on the coal quality control process,the J2EE Web development framework was designed and realized on a higher level.The framework with a freemarker+webwork+ibatis+spring four layer system structure could ensure the program with loose coupling and expansionability,the operation results showed that the system could be effectively to improve work efficiency of the coal quality control and would have wide application prospects.
