Design and Simulate the Multiuser NC-OFDM System in Cognitive Radio

In order to resolve the problem of utilizing the spectrum hole sufficiently,design the NC-OFDM system which has the function of spectrum sensing and dynamic resource allocation.First,it allocates the sub carrier,bit and power based on the knowledge of the spectrum sense and the channel gains acquired by channel estimate of cognitive radio users,and then transmits data by NC-OFDM.The simulation results indicate that,the system represents a better BER performance and channel capability.
