The establishment of management and development informationization of the Yellow River is mainly composed of information infrastructure and application system. In which, information infrastructure includes computer network, basic data bank, information safety and users platform. The application system includes flood control command system, hydraulic engineering projects management system, water dispatching and management system, water environment monitoring and supervising system, soil and water conservation management system, electronic government affairs and the Yellow River internet. We must analyse the system from the point of logic and determine the missions and contents of each part when we establish the management and development informationization system of the Yellow River.
