With the development of industry of network games,disputes concerning virtual property in network games increase rapidly.At present,although most of the scholars admits the property attribute of it,great differences still exist about its right attribute.There is no specific legislation defining its nature in our country,and it's difficult to lodge a complaint after the right of virtual property being infringed on due to the lack of legal restriction.Therefore,it's of great urgence to strengthen legislation and to protect the legal rights and interest of players of network games.
