Realization of digital PLL frequency synthesizer with CPU controlling on FPGA

In this paper, a scheme of digital PLL frequency synthesizer with CPU controlling isintroduced and has been realized on FPGA. All the theories and process of design are deeply demon-strated with detail simulating waveform.
