In this paper,the sufficientand necessary conditions that H is closed are proposed and prove.where the operator is defined by 2×2 block operator matrix H={A BC-A·},A is densely defined closed operator in the Hilbert space X,B and C are self-adjoint operators in the Hilbert space X.
