Negative Effects of the Net Culture on University Students

The investigation on the negative effects of the net culture on university students is of practical significance to the construction of the net culture in the university and the normalization of university students' net behaviors.On the basis of much investigation and research work,it is found that there are five major negative effects:influence on study,difficulties in communication,decline in physical and mental health,breaking moral standards,and unhealthy growth.Optimizing the net environment,strengthening net management,improving students' quality on the net,normalizing net legislation,and enriching campus cultural life are suggested in this paper to solve these five negative effects.
