Mutual Authentication Mechanism of Converged Address Book System

In order to provide a unified platform for users to manage various kinds of contact information,Open Mobile Alliance(OMA) proposes the Converged Address Book(CAB) enabler,which could realize address book synchronization and contact-information search,update and share.CAB system mainly includes CAB Client,CAB Server and Database Server,in which the interact between client and server needs mutual authentication and thus ensures the safety of user information.An elementary solution is proposed here,and the experiment on prototype system indicates that the proposed technology is correct and effective for the mutual authentication.
