Introduced a application of H.264 video code algorithms to achieve compressed video collection systems approach based on DM642,the main collection includes video compression system hardware platform to achieve,PCI-driven based on windows 2000,H.264 video code algorithm standards,the DSP software programming and the achievement of H.264 video code algorithm,finally given the H.264 video code performance tests.
