With the development of science and technology,some people engaged in illegal and criminal activities,and use technology to escape legal sanction.In the field of criminal investigation,using traditional investigative measures have been unable to achieve the purpose of breaking cases,and need to take some technical investigation measures.On March 14,2012,Eleventh of the Fifth National People's Congress passed the second chapter investigation of criminal procedural law,which increased an section calledTechnical Investigation .It is the first time that technical investigation was established in the form of legislation,and aroused great concern of the society.Make nalysis on the advantages and disadvantages of the legislation of technical investigation,with the aim of further standardizing the implementation and application of technical investigation measures
