Reliability Enhancement Testing and Its Application in a Communication Product

This paper introduces the reliability enhancement testing( RET) and its procedures which have been applied to the products of a communication company. Preliminary results and conclusions are given. Furthermore, some problems concerning RET technique and its application get to be solved are addressed.
