The change law of exterior characteristic and internal parameter about induce motor have been analyzed under normal and fault state,the information to gather and parameters to recognize have been found.Having discussed and synthesized about principle and structure of nerve network,the author has chose RBF nerve network whose approach function to functions is strong and structure is simple What is important,the genetic algorithms was introduced resulting in the further improvement of intelligent level.Moreover,the author simulated each kind of breakdowns in order to confirm the proposed theory.
