Discussion on Implement Management Technology of GIS Project in Large Scale Oilfield——A Case of "Daqing Oilfield Surface Construction Information System

This paper gives a mechanism of implement management technology of GIS project in large scale oilfield, using the case of Daqing Oilfield surface construction information system. The mechanism is managed in distribution, developed with common function together,and the methods of developing are combining with in vertical and in horizontal, programming in parallel, emphasizing usage and dynamic adjusting. At the same time, a valid method of running project is taken, and some management keys to GIS system are discussed.
