Development of Monitor Used for Hydrulic Impactor Followed with Hammer

According to requirement and technical parameter of monitor used for hydro-percussive drill followed with hammer, the paper designs detecting and recording system for hydraulic drilling pressure, gives detailed discussion to handling circuit for sensor signal, makeup and operation principle of controlling system with single-chip processor, mechanical structure of monitor is also narrated. It is proved that designed system is characterized with small size, low power consumption and high reliability by test.
