Non-war military operations financial security benefit evaluation model is established according to analytic hierarchy process.Financial security activities are being graded to discover advanced cases in time based on evaluation factor index analysis,index weight calculations,and evaluation standard decisions.At the same time,problems and deviations are corrected to improve financial security benefits.
