Application of iDEN network in Location and Navigation of Logistics Vehicles

This paper introduces the architecture,techniques and basic functions of iDEN digital trunking system.It expounds differences between iDEN and other public network,analyzes the technical advantage of iDEN on location and navigation of logistics vehicles.Based on discussing the relationship of iDEN and the techniques of location and navigation,the paper describes the operational theory of iDEN for GPS date communications,researches the application of Web-GIS information access based on iDEN communications network.Moreover,with the example of Shenzhen city,it discusses the application in location and navigation of logistics vehicles.
