Research on Planning Method for "Smart Water Network" Based upon Information System Technical Framework

The article reviews development process of Shanghai municipal water affairs information explosion process before and after the eleventh five-year period,along with advancement of information technology,optimization of information system technical framework and implementation of information development planning.According to construction situation of digital water affairs,the essay analyses development trend of information technology,puts forward idea of setting up smart water network.In accordance with basic estimation of technical framework for information system construction by applying existing and emerging technologies,the essay proposes planning for objects and task of Shanghai municipal water affairs information system construction by stage for 12th five-year plan period,describes benefits of developing smart water network,discusses planning method for information system construction on basis of technical framework,to meet growing needs of services development.
