The Application of the Balanced Scorecard in College Counselors' Performance Evaluation

Addressing the problem about college counselors' performance evaluation this article analyzes the significance of applying the Balanced Scorecard in counselors' performance evaluation,and then it further explores how to set up the Balanced Scorecard system and highlights some aspects that deserve attention.
