An Image Encryption Algorithm Based on a Novel 2D Chaotic Map

A novel 2D discrete chaotic map is proposed.The proposed chaotic system is applied to generate two pseudorandom chaotic sequences.One magic matrix is scrambled which have the same size of the encrypt images.Another chaotic sequence is used to encrypt images by XOR approach.Simulation results verify that the encryp-tion algorithm has good encryption effect and good robustness against attaching.
