Improving the Performance of Distributed Applications with Active Networks

In this paper,we propose a novel architecture of active networks based on plug in,with which services can be introduced rapidly and flexibly.We also propose a new model for ticket order service over Internet.The simulation result indicates that using active networks,both the latencies of networks and the load of servers are reduced.
