Extending SMTP to Anti-Spam Actively

Spam is getting the high attention of the researchers recently. However, there is still no method available to anti-spam actively .The paper presents innovative ideas which include the sender’s declarative statements about the type of Email and the assignments of credits to ISPs and users according to their respective behaviors. SMTP extends based on the above ideas to help restrict the propagation of spam actively and establish a creditable environment in the Email system.
