The Application of Bayesian Method in Computer Virus Detection

In recent years,networks became widespread,Computer virus may also take advantage of network services such as the World Wide Web,E-mail to causes great damage. The existing techniques are difficult to take the countermeasure against the unknown viruses. We have developed the virus filter that uses the Bayes learning algorithm. In this paper, we proposed a new Bayesian method for virus detection and show that it outperforms the original method of virus detection.
