Implementation process of ERP project in Fushun petrochemical company was summarized.Application of PS module in project management was introduced,including project design and flowsheet realization.How to realize the company project management with the ERP system was discussed.Functions and advantages of the ERP system were put forward.At last,application results of the system were summarized.
