Automatic realization of the classification for granitic rocks by computer

Six kinds of lithological and geochemical classification data model of granitic rocks have been obtained according to the Forst et al (2001) chemical classification of granitic rocks. A classification software program of computer has been written by VB, which could be used to clarify the granitic rocks accurately and efficiently. The paper mainly describes the design idea and the function of the program.
