Water Quality Forecast and Management Information System Based on Delphi and Matlab

In view of the weakness of the traditional water quality parameter management software in data computing,WQFMIS(water quality forecast and management information system) has been developed,which was mix-programmed by Delphi and Matlab and used their respective merit fully. It’s indicated that the system can meet the request and the goal.
