Research of web service QoS negotiation based on Agent

The negotiation is an important solution to coordinate the different requirement about the quality of service(QoS) between the web service consumer and the provider, which is implemented by an extended role, negotiation broker.The QoS information is ap-pended to the description of the web service to support QoS negotiation.The consumer and the service provider can notify their preferences on QoS attributes and negotiation strategies by specifying the value of a relatively small set of parameters, according to which Agents can perform the negotiation automatically.The negotiation results are transformed to a contract, i.e., a SLA document, to restrict the delivery of the services.
