Application research of the Critical Chain Method in the project procedures management

It introduces the Critical Chain Method(CCM),points out that its improvement points of it on CPM/PERT,then establishes the project procedures management system based on the CCM,finally points out the application conditions of this system,so as to promote application and research of the CCM in improving the project management performance.
