The metering and quality management information system of Jinan steel is enterprise level information platform.Based on the steel enterprise production logistics,it optimized the metering and quality operation flow,the organizing and management mode via technology and integration innovation.This system includes five subsystems,that is,the quality management,the electron guard against,the data balance management and the interface.Its function frame includes the input logistics of metering and quality management,the inside logistics of metering and quality management,the output logistics of metering and quality management,the data balance manage and the quality special management,realizing the carding,criterion,electronic and integrated management for millions of production data.Then the data management was unified,real-time and shared.
