Design of a Super Performance CMOS Current Reference
Wei Li · Semiconductor Technology · 2005
A super performance CMOS current reference circuit with temperature compensation is presented. This current reference is fabricated using the 0.35μm N-well CMOS process. The simulation results for this circuit using Cadence spectre show that the temperature coefficient of the current is less than 40 ppm/℃ in the range of -40℃ to 85℃. The sensitivity of the current relative to the power supply is less than 0.1 %. The power consumption is about 1.3mW at 3.3V . So it has a low temperature coefficient and low power consumption current reference.
