Based on its business and IT features,a set of 1TSMS(IT Services management system) for small and medium—sized commercial bank is established.This paper discusses in detail how to integrate the theoretical system of ITIL ISO20000 into practical work.Moreover,the paper also sums up the effect of IT service management and describes the necessity of IT service management in small and medium—sized commercial bank.
