Design of a bandgap reference for LDOs

A compact bandgap reference in LDO regulator is designed.The bandgap is on the basis of Brokaw architecture. The circuits have been simulated with Spectre of Cadence simulation tools, at the temperature range of-20℃ to 125℃, the temperature coefficient(TC) is about 17.4 ppm/℃. The required output accuracy is higher than 5‰. In the frequency range of1 Hz to 10 k Hz, the average power supply rejection ratio is more than-46.8 d B. The circuit with good temperature characteristic and high precision.
