Research and Application of Coordination Office System in State Grid Corporation of China

In order to integrate system resources of State Grid Corporation of China(SGCC) to enhance the capability of decision-making,information hinge,and overall coordination,SGCC constructs an integrated office management platform covering headquarters,provincial companies and other base organizations in the period of Eleventh Five-Year Plan.Office information are vertically connected,horizontally integrated and highly shared between different units.The system coordinates,promotes and supervises daily work to guarantee all decisions are fully carried out.It establishes regulation system that standardizes project implementation and application,project system that promote orderly development of projects,and technical guarantee system that support normal operation of the system.File center,task center,knowledge center and archive center on the company level are built.
