Base and sub-base of quasi-uniformities

The properties of the base and sub-bases of quasi-uniformity structure are studied; at the same time,the structure of totally bounded quasi-uniformity is defined.Then it is proved,by using the methods of lattice theory,that QU(X)(the set of all quasi-uniformities one set X) is complete lattice,and TQU(X)(the set of all totally bounded quasi-uniformities one set X) is complete sub-lattice.
